Service availability is contingent on several factors and we may adjust or cease offerings at our discretion.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

For reserving a charter, requirements include:

  • Being no less than 18 years in age
  • Submitting complete and accurate data
  • Remitting the necessary deposit outlined in your booking verification
  • Adherence to these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

A reservation is deemed conclusive only after the payment is received and we have sent a written acknowledgment. We hold the authority to deny service to any individual at our judgement.

3.3 Availability

Charter bookings depend on yacht availability and favorable weather. We strive to accommodate your requested dates and hours as best as possible.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All fees are enumerated in € and encompass applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may be subject to alterations without any forewarning.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: 50% of the charter's full cost, payable upon booking
  • Balance: To be settled 48 hours before the yacht's departure
  • Incidental expenses (if applicable): Payable upon charter conclusion

4.3 Payment Methods

Acceptable forms of payment include major credit cards, bank wires, and certified bank drafts. Payments are processed utilizing secure, encrypted mechanisms.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • More than 72 hours before departure: Full reimbursement minus any transactional charges
  • From 24 to 72 hours before departure: Half refund
  • Less than 24 hours prior to departure: No reimbursement is offered

5.2 Weather Cancellations

Should weather be assessed as hazardous by our captain, we propose to:

  • Postpone your charter to another available date at no extra expense
  • Issue a full refund if rescheduling proves unfeasible

5.3 Mechanical Issues

In case of any mechanical failures with the assigned vessel, we will aim to provide a comparable replacement. If we cannot offer an alternative, a full refund will be made.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

Passenger must:

  • Adhere to all instructions given by the crew members
  • Utilize safety equipment when asked to do so
  • Notify of any health conditions that might impact their security and safety
  • Stay within designated zones on the vessel

6.2 Prohibited Items

Certain items are not allowed aboard:

  • Glass articles
  • Unlawful substances
  • Weapons of any kind
  • Excessive amounts of beverages other than soft drinks or lemonade
  • Animals (unless permission has been prearranged)

6.3 Conduct

Individuals on board should act respectfully at all times. Any conduct creating a safety hazard or disturbing other guests may lead to early termination of the charter without refund.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

Liability on our part is confined to the amount paid for the charter. We disclaim responsibility for:

  • Injuries incurred due to passenger carelessness
  • The disappearance or damage of personal items
  • Indirect or subsequent damages or punitive damages
  • Delays stemming from weather or events beyond our command

7.2 Insurance Coverage

Comprehensive marine insurance is carried by us that covers our vessels and procedures. It is the responsibility of passengers to arrange their personal travel and property insurance.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

By taking part in our charter amenities, you recognize that ocean-related activities carry innate hazards, and you accept accountability for your individual safety and security.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

We hold the discretion to alter itineraries, courses, or timetables dependent upon meteorological conditions, safety reasons, or operational needs. We shall strive to provide suitable alternative experiences whenever possible.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be answerable for postponements, cancellations, or alterations caused by events outside our control, which include, without restriction:

  • Extreme meteorological conditions
  • Catastrophes
  • Government decrees
  • Harbor shutdowns
  • Vessel malfunctions

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your private details are managed according to our Privacy Policy. In using our services, you consent to the compilation and application of your details as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
