When is the best time to make a reservation?
We urge customers to book at least 2–3 weeks ahead of the planned date, or earlier during the busy season (May–September). For company events and special occasions, reserving 4–6 weeks prior is advisable for improved availability and ample time for personalizing your experience.
What is the procedure if the weather is bad?
Your safety is our concern. Unfavorable weather, as determined unsafe by the captain, means we will propose a different date for the charter or issue a complete refund. We stay up-to-date with weather forecasts and will get in touch with you 24 hours prior to your departure if the weather seems uncertain.
May I bring my own refreshments and snacks?
Certainly, you are allowed to bring your own snacks and drinks. Nonetheless, we also provide outstanding catering services and can adapt our menu offerings to suit your tastes. Bear in mind that for reasons of safety, containers made of glass are not allowed on the vessel.

Can you explain your policy on cancellations?
Cancellations submitted more than 72 hours before the scheduled departure are fully refundable. Those made between 24-72 hours are refunded at 50%. Cancellations within 24 hours generally do not qualify for a refund unless it's due to hazardous weather or mechanical problems on our end.
